When you complete our new client consent form, we collect the information you provide: your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, emergency contact details, how you heard about us, the health history items you select, your waxing history, your photo consent preference, your acknowledgment of our appointment policy and your digital signature.

Appointment booking and payment are handled by our third-party booking provider, which collects that information under its own privacy practices.

How we use it

Your information is used to prepare for and safely perform your services, to contact you about your appointment, to keep an accurate client record and to comply with our own policies. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

How it is stored

Consent form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private database. Submissions are not readable from the public website and are not displayed anywhere on this site. Access is limited to The Beautology Shop.

Photos

Photos are only taken and used according to the photo consent option you select on your consent form. You may change your preference at any time by contacting us.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies and storage required for the site to function. Third-party services linked from this site — our booking provider, Google and our social media profiles — operate under their own privacy policies.
